本套(tao)設備為移動(dong)式選(xuan)金設備，適用(yong)于巖金礦選(xuan)金使用(yong)，其優勢如下：
1、重型汽(qi)車(che)底盤設計，帶(dai)轉向系(xi)統、發電機(ji)組，可以使用(yong)牽引(yin)車(che)輛輕松(song)整體移(yi)動至工作場地(di)；
2、進(jin)料斗下部安裝了振動給料機，防止堵料，并且(qie)可以(yi)保(bao)障均勻供料；
3、精料(liao)收(shou)集系統(tong)采用一臺臥式全自動排礦離心機(ji)(ji)，進料(liao)、排料(liao)由PLC電腦(nao)全自動控制，操作簡單方便(bian)。排廢(fei)料(liao)管(guan)道(dao)處增(zeng)加一汞板溜槽，對廢(fei)料(liao)里的(de)金進行二次回收(shou)。(注(zhu)：立(li)式離心機(ji)(ji)因結構原因，只(zhi)能(neng)在水(shui)平地面使用，無(wu)法(fa)應用于移動淘(tao)金車)

原料通過工(gong)程車輛送(song)入(ru)進(jin)料斗中，通過振動給料機(ji)均(jun)勻給入(ru)上料輸送(song)機(ji)中，然(ran)后送(song)入(ru)重選(xuan)設(she)備-球(qiu)磨(mo)機(ji)內時行球(qiu)磨(mo)，球(qiu)磨(mo)后的(de)物(wu)料排(pai)入(ru)沙箱內，通過沙泵送(song)入(ru)離心機(ji)內進(jin)行精選(xuan)，精選(xuan)后的(de)精料會自動排(pai)出，廢(fei)料通過一條汞(gong)板(ban)溜槽收(shou)尾后，廢(fei)料排(pai)入(ru)廢(fei)料區域。
The material getting into feed hopper by excavator or other machines,the the shaking feeder can make material well distributed onto conveyor and then be transporting into ball mill,the getting into horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump in sand box,then concentrate get and scrap material into amalgamating board sluice to be recovered(The horizontal type gold concentrator instead of vertical type which can be working only on ground level provide good performance as a unit of the car)
